These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Chatmotion, a React component library for chat UI animations ("the Product"), sold by Foam on Latte ("we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing or using Chatmotion, you agree to these terms.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

• Use the Product in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify the source code for your own use
• Use the Product in client projects

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the source code
• Create derivative products for sale based on the Product
• Share your license with others or make the Product publicly available

3. Refunds

Since you get the full source code instantly after purchase, we can't really take it back. So all sales are final. Make sure to check out the demo and docs before you buy!

That said, if something's broken or not working as expected, just reach out. We'll do our best to help you out and fix any issues. We want you to be happy with what you got.

4. Delivery

After purchase, you will receive immediate access to download the Product or access to a private GitHub repository containing the source code.

5. Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime access to all future updates of the Product at no additional cost.

6. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Product will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
